What has happened:

Due to ongoing cyber security threats, GTB has conducted an immediate reset of outdated passwords.  In addition, GTB has changed the CommPortal login page to: https://point.gtb.net.  These changes were necessary to protect login access to CommPortal and Accession accounts.

Who is affected:

GTB customers using the desktop application, CommPortal and those using the mobile application, Accession Communicator.

What to do next:

1. Password change

Some GTB customers have already received a notification that their password has changed due to this reset by us. The easiest way to obtain a new password or reset your exsisting password is to use the desktop application, CommPortal's "Forgotten Password?" feature. To do this, go to the CommPortal Login Screen at: https://point.gtb.net. Click on the "Forgotten Password?" link and follow the easy-to-use instructions.  For greater security, GTB also recommends that you continue to change your password periodically.

2. Point your browser to the new login address

Please also note that in order to access your service through the CommPortal desktop application, you must enter "https" in the domain name. Please also double check any current shortcuts you may have to ensure the "https" is included.
