The Call Recording feature allows company administrators to record all company conversations. Services can be designed to either record all users or individual extensions. Individual users can see all their calls through a web interface. Company administrators can retrieve call recoding of all group users.

Additionally, administrators can select the live monitoring solution. This feature allows real-time detection of live calls and the ability to listen to the conversation, while the call is in place.

Calls recorded can be retrieved based on: 

  • Time stamp
  • Recording duration
  • Remote party phone number
  • Local extension phone number
