With online billing, paying your invoice is easy as 1-2-3! Below, GTB highlights the most frequently asked questions to make the use of the system even easier.

How do I access the online billing system?

To access the new billing system:

  1. Visit our website at gtb.net. 
  2. Click on the “My Account” menu in the header of the website. 
  3. Select “Online Billing”.  You will be directed to the new billing system at: online.gtb.net.  

How do I sign up for online billing?

  1. Ensure you have an email address associated with your account by contacting GTB's Billing Team at billing@gtb.net or at 1 (877) CALL-GTB (225-5482), Option 5.  Once this is verified or set up for you, either ask the person you are speaking with to walk you through the registration process, OR follow the remaining steps to self-register.  
  2. Go to the new billing system at: online.gtb.net
  3. Click on the "New User" tab to register.  You will need your Account Number with no zero's (located on the top right-hand corner of your invoice) and a telephone number associated with the account
  4. A registration link will then be emailed to you.
  5. Click on the registration link and follow the directions for setting up a new online account.

What should I expect from the new billing system?

The new billing system includes a new look to your monthly invoices and a fully functioning web interface where you will be able to view and download your invoices, pay online (via ACH or Credit Card), and choose to go paperless! 

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, follow the prompts on the log-in screen:

  1. Select the “Forgot Password?” tab.
  2. Enter your User ID or the Account Number (located on the top right-hand corner of your invoice).
  3. Enter the email address associated with the account (If you do not have this email address, contact our Billing Team at billing@gtb.net or by calling 1 (877) CALL-GTB, option 5).
  4. Enter the security code visible at the bottom of the window and click Continue.
  5. You will then receive an email with password reset instructions.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can now pay your bills online.  To do this, you must first register for online billing to pay online.  To register,

  1. Go to the new billing system at: online.gtb.net.   
  2. Click on the "New User" tab to register.  You will need your Account Number (located on the top right-hand corner of your invoice) and a telephone number tied to the account
  3. A registration link will then be emailed to you (which means you must have a valid email address on file with GTB to register).  If GTB does not yet have your email address on file or you are unsure about it, contact our Billing Team at billing@gtb.net or at 1 (877) CALL-GTB, option 5.

How do I set up online payments?

In the Payments section, you have the ability to make one-time payments, manage automatic payment settings, and securely store credit card and bank account information for future transactions.

How do I go paperless?

Signing up for paperless billing takes two minutes!  If you have access to your account on our website, simply:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the “My Profile” tab.
  3. Select “Preferences”.
  4. Edit your billing preferences to go paperless!

Why did GTB upgrade their billing system?

GTB has upgraded our billing system in an effort to continually provide excellent service and make it easy for our customers to view, download and pay their bills online.  The online system will also reduce paper waste and can help streamline record keeping.  

I've used a credit card or bank account to pay GTB before.  Do I have to re-enter the information?

Due to security, prior credit card and financial institution information cannot be transferred.  Thankfully, inputting this information is quite easy in the online system.
