Background

Toohey Appraisals, Inc. is a full service Real Estate Appraisal Company. They offer a wide variety of appraisals, including: Conventional, Condominiums, Investment Properties, Vacant Lots, Estates and more! In business for over 40 years, they are fully licensed and insured. They provide pre-appraisals for customers wanting to price a home before selling and buyers before placing an offer on a prospective purchase. All reports can be sent electronically or with traditional shipping methods. 

Service Needs

Toohey Appraisals was an existing customer of GTB’s for five years, and after being approached by a GTB Business Solutions Consultant, learned that they could increase their Internet speed and upgrade their phone equipment and service, while keeping their expenses virtually the same.  Because they have two locations, they also needed GTB to customize a different solution for each. 

The Solution

GTB designed and installed our hosted PBX solution, Flex•Point™ at both locations.  Service in one location was provided over GTB’s own privately managed network and over a third party Internet provider at the other location.  All equipment was upgraded, and the configuration included features such as, Mobile Communications (MaX UC), Auto Attendant, Fax to Email (FaXccess), and Music on Hold. The new features were bundled in a customized package that also provided local and long distance calling.  Toohey Appraisals staff was personally trained at their offices on how to use and manage the phones and system features to enhance their productivity. Toohey has increased their internet speed, and with the Mobile Communications app, can now work remotely and communicate with their customers at anytime from virtually anywhere. See more case studies.
