With the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), many companies have been advised to keep their staff working from home. This means that, now more than ever, companies need flexibility with their communications.
To follow up with our recent article on, How to Prepare Your Business for the Coronavirus, GTB is offering tools you can use to make the new tele-work experience easier and less disruptive to your business. Below, we list a number of services that are especially helpful during this time.
Web and Audio Conferencing
If you want to present information to a group remotely or simply manage remote calls, GTB’s Web and Audio Conferencing software is for you! These conferencing services enable you to conduct meetings right from the convenience of your desk. Audio and web conferences can be set up for either small or large groups of people. All participants in the conference share the same audio bridge, and can view any data presented by the conference host right from their own computer. You can choose to utilize all the rich features for web conferencing or keep it simple with an audio only conference call. Learn more.
Softphone App, Accession Mobile and Desktop
Need to make calls and communicate remotely as if you’re in the office? We’ve got you covered! The Accession Mobile and Desktop apps act as a softphone and extends the office desk’s extension into your mobile device and allows call handling as if you are in the office. Flex-Point™ subscribers can use the app to receive calls intended for their desk extension. In addition, the app provides the ability to make calls over the mobile device’s internet service. Though the call is made from your mobile device, the caller ID shows your office number. Learn more.
Fax to Email
GTB’s fax to email service, faXccess, helps your company manage faxes in the easiest, most seamless way. With faXccess, employees can do all of the things they could do before, including sending and receiving faxes by email wherever they are without the need for a fax machine or phone line. Each employee gets their own private fax number that can be used to receive faxes by email as PDF files, and send faxes directly from their computers. The technology works for you 24/7 even when you’re out of the office. Learn more.
